Springhill College in Mobile Alabama was the perfect location for Ashley’s bridal session. Springhill College is beautiful all year round!

Sean and Ashley got married in September so I’m so thrilled to finally share Ashley’s bridal portraits! It’s more of a Southern tradition to take bridal portraits before the wedding day and display them at the reception. I love this! I am a huge proponent of bridal sessions for so many reasons. Wedding days can be busy and there isn’t always a lot of time to take a lot of bridal portraits. A bridal session is also a great time to have your hair and makeup trials to get a really good idea of how everything will look on the big day. And who wouldn’t want to put their wedding dress on an extra time?? Like I said, I’m a big fan of bridal sessions!

Ashley brought her grandmother along which I thought was so sweet. She was a great cheerleader and helper, something every bride needs! Ashley is so fun and bubbly, she makes photographing her so fun and easy. When we were talking about her dress she told me Sean had no idea what type of dress she had picked out and she was right! His reaction when he first saw her on their wedding day was priceless.
