The Venue Fairhope - Fairhope Alabama Wedding- Sean and Ashley

Sean and Ashley’s wedding at The Venue in Fairhope was absolute perfection! Just a few days after Hurricane Sally and the weather cooperated for a gorgeous day. Their ceremony and reception were at The Venue, both of which were beautiful.

In the Spring we met at the Grand Hotel for their engagement session and it is one of my favorite engagement sessions I think I’ve ever shot. Their trees were blooming and matched her dress, we timed the sunset exactly right over the bay…it was like everything fell into place just for us. You can see that session here!

Ashley and the bridesmaids got ready at the most beautiful AirBNB right down the road from The Venue! There were so many things to love about their day but everything felt so smooth and calm. We did everything right in the downtown Fairhope area!

Some of my favorite parts of their day:

–The Shade Tree created the most beautiful florals for their wedding! Glenn has such a gift with colors and textures, Ashley’s bouquet is one of my favorite bridal bouquets ever.

-Did I mention how relaxed they were? The guys were all driving around downtown in golf carts while we were getting the girls ready. The whole bridal party was so fun!

-Their wedding took place not even two weeks after Hurricane Sally! Sally did a serious number on the Gulf Coast, specifically Baldwin County. I was so thankful the power was back on in the downtown area in time for their day!

-Their reception was a serious dance party and Ashley and I both loved it! The Venue in Fairhope was the perfect space for their ceremony and then a gorgeous reception to follow.
