Justin and Kristin are both teachers at Baker High School and I like to imagine all the adorable meet cutes they could have possibly had. They are so connected with each other, their love is undeniable and I absolutely loved hanging out with them.

I don’t remember the very first lifestyle newborn session I shot, but I do remember immediately understanding how special it was. Being invited in to homes during really tender moments and asked to share and photograph these families, I absolutely love it.

I hadn’t officially met Kevin until the day we shot their engagements and I could tell immediately how head over heels he was for Britney. Their chemistry was effortless and the way he looked at her said everything I’d ever need to know about them.

Last Friday morning my alarm clock went off at 4:40am and by 5:10 (ish) I was dressed and gone. My flight out of Pensacola left at 7:13 (on the dot) so that means your favorite night owl had to be in bed at a reasonable hour and set her alarm for 4:40am. My final destination? Austin, Texas. Why? I’m so glad you asked.
