I spent the morning with the Vergeson family recently, this time as a family of FOUR! Lydia Claire made her arrival in December and I finally got to meet her. (You can see their maternity session here!) They have the most beautiful home and it was the perfect setting for some snuggly family pictures!

That’s one thing lots of clients ask me about, “Where will we take the pictures?” I’ve never seen the majority of my clients homes so I typically make that decision when I arrive! Sometimes we work in the master bedroom, the living room, or maybe both. I always spend time in the nursery if one has been set up for baby, I love seeing the spaces parents have envisioned and work so hard on for their new little loves.

Kandis is the sweetest big sister and such a helper! To see her sweet face holding Lydia Claire, it is what every parent dreams of when they add new babies to their family.

Danny’s only request were {lots of} pictures of him kissing his baby girl and a Lion King style picture. I was happy to make these happen for him!
