This Bragg Mitchell Mansion wedding in Mobile, Alabama was one of my favorite days ever! And, as Mary Poppins said, it was practically perfect in every way.
Jacob and Abigail actually got married on their original wedding date, so on their wedding day they were already married! I was glad they got to keep their original date, but I know they were excited to still have a formal affair with their loved ones. They had a big, fun bridal party, and it really was a very smooth and fun day. And the weather was exquisite.
Remember Abigail’s bridal session? I got to swoon over this NYC-made dress and fell in love with it all over again.
The girls all got ready in the Bragg’s beautiful bridal suite. There is a wall full of windows and it is one of my favorite places to shoot in Mobile. So much light, and I loved getting to know this sweet bridal party!
Some of my favorite parts of their day:
-Cleveland the Florist did an incredible job on their flowers! They created a gorgeous floral installation over the entryway into the house. It was the perfect statement piece as guests arrived at the house.
-The minister who performed their ceremony was Abigail’s youth minister growing up, and he had some of the kindest (and funniest) things to say about her. Jacob and Abigail are close with him and his family, and I love how personal their ceremony was.
-The guests tossed confetti as they made their big exit at the end of the night, and I love how the pictures turned out. They are so fun!
Thank you for having us be a part of your wedding in Mobile, Alabama, Jacob and Abigail!
