The Dixon family just welcomed their baby girl to their home in Gulf Shores, AL in this newborn photography session!

As you may know, the Dixons’ maternity photos were my first to take after I gave birth to my little girl. I could not wait to get my hands on their newest little love! You can see their photos from Springhill College here!

Melvin, Kayci, and Elijah were nothing short of elated to meet Lilly Grace, and I can see why! She is so precious, with a head full of wild, dark hair that I could not get enough of. She is definitely a spotlight stealer, but I think that’s okay with everyone here, even Elijah.

He is totally obsessed with his little sister! I called it when we were at Springhill! He is the BEST big brother, and you can tell he loves her so much.

One of my favorite parts of this day was Lilly Grace’s rustic, frilly nursery with a rug that I want to take all my naps on for the rest of my days. I love her framed nursery sign and her hand-lettered name. So simple and beautiful.

And it matches the parents’ room so well! When I arrived at their home, Melvin had just finished hand-making his and Kayci’s custom bedroom furniture. Melvin blew me away with that headboard! You’ll have to scroll down to see it for yourself!

The Dixons are such a sweet family, and I was so excited to see them again and photograph their family of four. They are so sweet and friendly, and I was honored to be a part of these special moments.

So congrats to the Dixon parents, and great job to big brother Elijah! Lilly Grace is so blessed to have all of you!
