I will never not feel honored to have taken these images. I love this couple so much and being the one behind the camera for their engagement session was so special. I get to be a GUEST at their wedding in Dallas and I am ecstatic about being able to celebrate them so soon!

Austin and Ali are a nature loving couple and really wanted to incorporate something woodsy and the water! Blakeley State Park was the perfect place for this session. The yummiest sunshine that has ever happened spilled through the trees and we made the most of it. How perfect are they, seriously??

They also rented a canoe and we were able to find the perfect little boat launch to get it in the water. I wish someone had been there to film that entire situation…I was yelling instructions to them, it was cold so I was nervous about them tipping over, the sun was dipping past the horizon faster than I needed it to…such a situation. But holy cow, the payout was worth it. Incorporating big things like that can feel like a lot in the moment but once it’s done everyone realizes how worth it all the work was!

I love this couple so much and I will never forget getting to play this small role in their story.
